I started off by leading a marketing agency, followed by building dynamic teams as a CEO for a software consulting firm, and now advising others on scaling their teams through my company Pod.I'm passionate about collaborating with other visionaries to take great ideas all the way to scalable success by diving into Founder Mode - digging deep to find early traction, and move towards market adoption.I never sit still. This means I thrive in fast-paced environments, which fuels my get-things-done mentality. Leveraging my ability to effortlessly build relationships, I am able to bring people together to drive ideas forward with speed and momentum.Driven by my desire to contribute to the “great good,” I'm deeply committed to my community. I am a strong advocate for education and after school programs. You can find me volunteering at the local high school teaching Spanish / Math / Science and coaching their Water Polo team. I also love music (piano and drums) and am an avid F1 fan.
