As a tech support specialist with a passion for data analysis, I am excited to be transitioning into the field of data analysis. While I may not have direct experience in data analysis, my strong technical background and problem-solving skills have prepared me well for this new challenge. I have college project experience surrounding analyzing data to make critical decisions using programs like SPSS, Excel (v-lookup and pivot tables), and Tableau. Throughout my career as a tech support specialist, I have gained valuable experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, which has allowed me to develop a keen attention to detail and a deep understanding of data systems. I am proficient in various programming languages and have experience working with databases, which I believe will be a great asset in my transition to data analysis. I have recently obtained a Google Analytics certification and I’m currently acquiring a Data Analytics certification that’s specializes on Excel, Python, Power BI and R. My goal as a data analyst is to use my technical expertise to identify patterns and insights that can help drive business decisions.
