Users make 'connections', chat with others and even create their private tournaments:As the first technical employee of this start-up: • Built and managed a technical team of 5 members (software engineers - 3, DevOps - 1 and Testing - 1). In addition, I manage a team of 9 engineers provided by the vendor.• Built the entire infrastructure (Prod, Staging and Dev) from ground up on Azure infrastructure using Chef (Code as Infrastructure). • Lead engineering sprints and reporting metrics to executive management.• Implemented application monitoring using NewRelic, availability monitoring using Pingdom.• Designed Release Management strategy and developed automated build and deployment (CI/CD) using VS online and Octopus Deploy.

Moved to Coles Online (eCommerce store) Team to work on the next chapter in coles online's history. e.Coles online is a $600 Million annual turnover department of Coles Supermarket and second biggest ecommerce site in Australia. Joined Coles Online in Dec 2015 to shape the next phase of Coles Online’s strategic growth. Business wanted to grow the business to a Billion Dollar annual turnover within next 5 years. To see through this unprecedented growth, every part of the department need to be revisited. I was responsible for;• Designing DevOps strategy for Coles Online using the best automation toolsets.• Creating new hybrid infrastructure to support Coles online's future growth.• Reduce the bottleneck for BAU teams to create on demand infrastructure.

Been involved with Coles multichannel strategy to innovate and create products on multiple device platforms as well as on the web. Responsible for managing all aspects of DevOps of Coles Supermarkets’ move to Sitecore from previous CMS system and Coles App. Automated the development and deployment of Sitecore using Visual Studio Online, GIT, and Team City.Apart from Coles App I was also responsible for managing/development of other apps like Feed Your Family, Coles Express App, Vintage Cellars App, Coles Insurance App in Apple App stores, Coles Cookup, Click and collect Concierge App. Was responsible for automating the Continous Integration and Continous Delivery of all these apps using Git, Visual Studio online, Jenkins, MonkeyRunner, Xcode Build Server, Perfecto Mobile, Xamarin test cloud.Played a key role in architecting the Coles Connected customer architecture. Worked in that project in the capacity of DevOps Manager. Automated the development, testing, and deployment by the means of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery using the Visual Studio Online, GIT, and Jenkins.

ConnectiX was the Job management tool Developed by Wireless IP Technology. You could create job on the Command Centre (Desktop Application), then assign that job to any technician out in the field. Technician could access those jobs using the ConnectiX PDA Application. After completing the work they could submit the job back to the office using web services from their devices. Connectix was highly customizable and could be integrated with most of the Accounting software in the market. I developed the functionality to integrate ConnectiX with MYOB, Navision and Quickbooks using the webservice developed in C#.
