During my tenure at Empire Life, I managed a $20M operational budget and led a team of 40 employees. I successfully upgraded the data center network, implemented process improvements in ITSM, and reduced our datacentre footprint through virtualization technologies. My strategic initiatives supported business objectives and enhanced system reliability, resulting in significant cost savings and reduced production outages.

At Quinn Contracting, I provided technical leadership and oversaw various IT functions. I directed the implementation of new SAN storage, virtualization technologies, and a new ITSM tool. My efforts increased system availability, reduced infrastructure costs, and enhanced overall reliability, achieving a system uptime of 99.9%.

In my role at Red Deer College, I led strategic IT initiatives, including the development and execution of a 3-year infrastructure roadmap. I directed new data centre infrastructure implementations, which improved system reliability and availability. My leadership ensured a stable and cost-effective IT environment for the college.
