As a back of house worker at Aloha Bento, I prepare and cook delicious meals for customers, following recipes and hygiene standards. I am also a student at University of Hawaii at Manoa. I have been working in the food industry for over six months, and I have developed skills in food preparation, kitchen management, customer service, and teamwork. My goal is to learn from experienced chefs, expand my culinary knowledge and skills, and contribute to the local food scene.
