I started working at Drewery Property Consultants shortly after completing my university degree. Initially my role was as a Lettings Negotiator and I have managed to work my way up the department to Senior Lettings Manager where I am tasked with running our successful Lettings and Property Management departments. I hold a Level 3 Award In Residential Lettings and Property Management (Propertymark) and am knowledgeable in all aspects of lettings and property management. This includes: property valuation, in depth marketing and negotiation, finding tenants, tenancy progression and referencing, preparation of legal documentation, property management, processing of rents / accounts, property inspections, inventories, checkout reporting, deposit negotiation etc.I manage a diverse portfolio of properties and my high levels of customer service have resulted in repeated business over many years whilst building long term relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.

I completed an overseas placement for my university studies working in the North of France. I held the position of English Language Assistant in one of the regions most reputable hospitality secondary schools. I taught classes of pupils (aged 13 - 22) English to assist them in their future roles. Living and working in France enabled me to fully experience and explore French culture whilst also improving my written and spoken language.
