I have extensive experience in project management for technology implementation and digitalization services in more than 12 countries, especially focused on Latin America where I have also advised about innovation strategies and digital identity initiatives based on PKI technologies according to Regulation 910/2014 eIDAS. Currently, I’m dedicated to business development in strategic consulting for digital transformation in government institutions, large private sector organizations and multilateral organizations. I also have experience managing projects and technical assistance for International Cooperation Funds and Multilateral Banks such as the World Bank, Millennium Challenge Corporation and the European Cooperation Funds among others.Working with people with diverse cultural, academic and professional backgrounds is a very natural situation for me. I have led several projects with more than 50 team members, working in different geographical locations and languages simultaneously. Additionally, I have a lot of experience in managing interests and expectations of multi-stakeholders in complex political, social and technological environments.My academic training is extensive, and I use my a legal and business training, to enhance my skills with university studies and international certifications in Project Management, International Operations and Regulatory Compliance.In recent years, I have dedicated part of my time to academic and knowledge dissemination initiatives for the generation of partnerships that foster digital inclusion and the development of countries based on technological innovation policies.
