I'm an IT professional with a strong skillset based in Technical Support, Engineering, Administration, and Service. What drives me is the desire to continually pursue greater knowledge in order to architect complex enterprise-level solutions for all kinds of businesses, and to build infrastructure that simultaneously provides stability and security for environments while also preparing them to scale with new challenges on the horizon.My strengths lie in my diligence and strong work ethic, and I've utilized those strengths to put in considerable work into developing my skills in Analysis, Logistics, Troubleshooting, Communications, and Project/Contract Management. Having gone through a variety of roles at many different sites, I've gotten the opportunity to grow my knowledge of topics including Networking and Infrastructure, Process Engineering and Documentation, Hardware/Software Administration, and Engineering.I've also been lucky enough to work with many talented engineers, experts, and admins to develop a strong understanding of and commitment to Customer Service and Information Technology best practices; as well, I've taken cues from those who have inspired me throughout my career to inform my approach to Management roles and mentorship.I'm always on the lookout for opportunities to develop my skillset within the industry. Recently, those have included App Development/Scripting/Coding, DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure, and various disciplines within the fields of Data and Analysis.
