Client Implementation Manager
Current• Responsible for driving effective implementation processes and building client relationships during the implementation phase• Develop implementation plans that include timelines and metrics for communication, marketing, and training activities• Work closely with end-users/clients to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs related to the implementation/project• Perform comprehensive, in-depth training for clients and internal partners for various online banking applications• Collaborate with management and internal teams to identify client implementation needs and ensure appropriate follow-up• Provide risk management and issue resolution
