In 2012 I co-founded a content and performance marketing agency (today part of Dentsu) challenging (at the time) traditional last-click attribution models. A successful business model, several performance awards , countless lessons learned and 24 talented employees at exit (~5 years). In 2017 I was trusted to establish the Norwegian branch of Eidra (~30 employees at this point), as proof of concept for expanding the business model to new markets. Fast forward seven years and the head-count is +1200 employees worldwide. While I have always enjoyed building great teams, my most proud moments have been during awesome, challenging and rewarding projects for clients, big and small, B2B and B2C.
