Assisted RMP members during the claims process, as well as introduce county staff to the eRiskHub, an online portal with cyber and privacy resources for members.

Extensive experience in conducting state government privacy impact assessments and data flow of sensitive/personal identifiable information in support of risk management and compliance progress. Conducted a number privacy assessments for state health care providers and assessed the organization’s privacy policies and procedures against the framework of NIST, MARS-E, and IRS publication 1075.

Managed the agency's Privacy Program. Responsible and managed the procedures and practices for safeguarding sensitive personally identifiablle information (PII) for over 3,500 personnel, which includes TWC employees, contractors, vendors, and consultants that collects, usages, maintains or destroys Sensitive PII. Responsible and managed over 200 External Data Contracts and ensured compliance on the agency's behalf in accordance with applicable state rules and regulations. Managed contracted security personnel to establish and maintain a safe business environment.

Supervised a team of 18 military and civilian employees in providing administrative/messing/facilities for Commander, Naval Air Forces Pacific. Provided support to 600 staff members and 300 commands encompassing 80,000 Sailors. Leads Facilities Management of 6 Buildings. Managed and was responsible for all Congressional Inquiries for Commander, Naval Air Forces. The authorizing officer for 3 departments with a 270K yearly travel budget. As the Commander Naval Air Forces Physical Readiness Control Officer, I was responsible for the physical fitness for over 300 commands and over 80,000 Sailors in Naval Aviation. Also, I monitored all Physical Fitness failures on all West Coast Aircraft Carriers. I was the key advisor and the linchpin of the culture of fitness for Naval Aviation and was quoted by the Chief of Naval Operations Physical Readiness Office as the number #1 Physical Readiness Control Officer of all echelon II and echelon III commands in the entire U.S. Navy. Maintained a Secret clearance while onboard COMNAVAIRPAC.

Executive Advisor to two 06/CAPTAINS. Managed all shipboard administrative and personnel functions and supervised 13 military personnel. Managed and directly supervised all administrative requirements for the Executive Officer, Commanding Officer, and a crew of 1,100. Successfully led his team through and arduous seven month deployment to the Gulf of Aden. Coordinated command physical training for 1,080 Sailors and led 13 command fitness leaders. Implemented and led a Biggest Loser Challenge. 49 personnel lost a combined weight of 721 pounds during a seven month deployment. The culture of fitness drastically changed on this warship. Also, led the waterfront's most challenging fitness enhancement program for 40 personnel achieving a 91% passing rate. Maintained a Secret clearance.

Executive advisor to the Secretary of the Navy and a 1-Star Admiral. Led and mentored 16 Chief Petty Officers, 26 Petty Officers, and 4 Marines within 30 commands. Responsible for all executive correspondence for the immediate Office of the Secretary of the Navy. Also responsible and led a team of 54 military and civilian personnel in accomplishing quality customer care of the Secretary of the Navy's executive division. Handpicked by the Secretary of the Navy to fill this high priority billet. Managed and responsible for the processing of more than 6,500 pieces of time sensitive executive and congressional correspondence. Authored the Secretary of the Navy's writing guide affecting 1,000 personnel. A complete rewrite of a 10 year old document. Administered the first ever Department of the Navy directives review where 550 instructions were reviewed and revised. Supervised 75 nominative billets for the White House, Secretary of Defense, Joint Chief of Staff and Navy/Marine corps. Maintained a TS Security clearance.

Supervised two departments and three SEAL platoons comprised of 79 personnel and 2 civilian contractors. Directly managed the current training, daily operations, and operational employment of 225 personnel, three SEAL platoons, two diver platoons, and 60 classified surface and subsurface craft valued at over $64M. Deployed with Joint Special Operations Task Force - Horn of Africa conducting special operations throughout the Horn of Africa in support of OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM. Innovative Operations Chief - developed tracking methods, message templates, and reports ensuring 100% accountability in a dynamic operational environment. Cleared for Top Secret information and granted access to Sensitive Compartmented Information.

Responsible for the training, welfare, health, and safety of five divisions comprised of up to 94 recruits. Effectively trained five divisions, sending 532 highly motivated Sailors to the fleet. As Student Control Officer, managed the skilled training to 43,000 students per year and maintained accountability for an average of 6,500 students in 112 courses of instruction. Researched, created, and presented lessons to new training managers on scheduling, pipeline management, and Navy automated accounting systems, improving management of the system. Improved the overall knowledge of student management throughout the command. Directed and monitored the training pipeline for 36,000 students through their initial check-in, course attendance, and transfer to the fleet.
