Co-founded, operated, and sold Supper Meals. I focused on product, operations, and growth. We bootstrapped the business to profitability, delivering 60K+ meals to thousands of customers.Supper Meals is an online marketplace for fresh, healthy meals. We help local chefs sell and deliver nutritionally-balanced meals to their community.

Tilt was a crowdfunding app backed by a16z. Led product partnerships with the NBA, JetBlue, AMC Theaters, eero, and Soylent. Worked with engineering, design, and legal to launch partnerships that served specific partner needs while strategically expanding Tilt’s platform tools.

FWD.us is an advocacy organization focused on immigration reform, founded by leaders in the tech community, including Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, and Reid Hoffman.As an early executive, I built the FWD.us organizing program from scratch, leading a 25-person team focused on getting the tech community engaged with immigration reform. We ran high-profile events that garnered national press (New York Times, LA Times, Politico), including a "Dreamer Hackathon" at LinkedIn, a fly-in of 85 tech leaders to DC to meet with Members of Congress, and a screening of Jose Antonio Vargas' film "Documented."

Wrote memos for Vice President Biden on economic policy issues and managed the Vice President's daily briefing book. Served on the 10-person White House team that led policy development process for the President’s gun safety package of legislative proposals and 23 executive actions.

Managed a team of 18 paid staff and 7 offices in Albuquerque, NM. Led a get-out-the-vote operation with over 2,000 volunteers on Election Day, knocking on 73,000 doors in 10 hours. Recruited and managed hundreds of volunteers in 5 states during the primaries.
