As a team leader I guide my team to achieve the targets. We have done three projects to Australian Government (highly classified). We followed the agile development process and I have six people in my team. They are Two QA Engineers and four Software Engineers. I have managed all the project management procedures (JIRA) and have given technical support needed for my team. I have developed systems from architecture level and found new technologies. I guide my team to do best in coding practice and help them to achieve their targets. We use version control (Github), after every two weeks we release a new version to the client. Inside of every sprint we manage morning scrum meetings, deliverable and version release notes. Every sprint has three QA rounds before the release of version. We do white-box testing and black-box testing to make sure the quality of the product. These systems are not small systems, they are custom ERP level systems.
