I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia at RMIT University, where I am learning to combine digital and creative media skills. I have also gained over 3 years of experience working independently and in groups in Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Care departments. As a Multimedia Executive at Cardbey, I worked with the Development team to analyze the application according to user experience and manage the product/service marketing plan. I also generated concepts for creating promotional visuals for clients, coordinated with the Sales department to enhance the company's revenue, and communicated directly with corporate partners. I have successfully created engaging content and enhanced customer experience as a Content Writer and Social Media Executive at COMA Coffee, and consulted and supported individual and corporate customers as a Customer Service and Marketing Assistant at ONTHECARD.I am passionate about building relationships and understanding the importance of customers to businesses.
