1.Working Content:Instrument Equipment Installation and Commissioning . To undertake commissioning and management of all instrument systems .These systems include DCS system、ESD system、Fire and gas system、PAGA and telephone system、Tank gauging system and Valve remote control system ,and so on .Make commissioning plan according to the project, To arrange corresponding job for my guys and to deal with problems during commissioning, Make sure to compete successfully commissioning and test job.2.Prepare pre-commissioning check sheet for all E/I work per system. Coordinate with Mechanical/Piping team for any interface issues. Review recommended start-up & commissioning spares. Review loop drawings, installation checklist, progress reports, calibration records and any other documentation to ensure they are updated. Monitor red lined drawings of any changes made and update As-Built drawings. Assist in the compilation of final documentation.
