With over 15 years of experience in engineering and product development, my career has been driven by innovation and precision. I began managing United Brothers, a business specializing in submersible motors and pumps. This role strengthened my reverse engineering and workshop management skills, laying a strong foundation for my future in engineering.In 2004, I joined H.I.S Industries as a CAD Modeler, where I refined my expertise in 3D modeling, working drawings, and CAD certifications. I quickly realized the transformative power of CAD in streamlining complex designs into actionable solutions.My most significant growth came during my 12 years at the Research & Development Engineering Company, where I worked on cutting-edge projects. I reverse-engineered aircraft components, developed plastic injection molds for defense, and programmed advanced 3 to 5-axis CNC systems. I contributed to first-article qualifications, process sheets, and CAD-based assembly management, playing a pivotal role in delivering precision-engineered solutions for aerospace and defense clients.In 2018, I briefly worked at Alsons Industries as Deputy Manager of E&D, where I optimized manufacturing processes and implemented rapid prototyping techniques. Later that year, I became Manager of Product Development at DAWN Precision Engineering, where I currently oversee the design and manufacturing of automotive sheet metal tools, dies, and aerospace components. My leadership ensures that projects are completed with precision and efficiency.I’ve spearheaded key projects throughout my career, including redeveloping critical aircraft parts, reverse-engineering high-pressure regulator valves, and designing tooling for sheet metal spin forming.
