The SFYN (Slow Food Youth Network) Academy is a versatile and interactive curriculum for curious young people with a passion for food. By means of lectures, excursions and workshops, we immerse ourselves in food chains and systems. We talk to farmers, fishermen, chefs, scientists, marketers, policymakers and above all with each other.

In this function I help insured clients and health care providers with diverse problems. I am also one of the complaint handlers and part of the communication team that handles questions about the continuity contribution for health care providers due to the Covid-19 crisis.

Here I mostly promoted World Oceans Day to restaurants and analyzed the menu's of Michelin starred restaurants on the sustainability of their fish and seafood.
