Supervise up to 200 inmates, keep accountability, movement of inmates, health and wellfare.Build and maintain appropriate rapport with inmates. Control disruptive behavior by appropriate verbal orders and appropriate use of physical force. Use verbal and listening skills to determine potential inmate problems, such as suicide risk, intoxication, drug usage, assaultive behavior, etc. Inform and explain institutional rules to inmates. Communicate information regarding security, safety and operations through the chain of command. Monitor inmates, watching closely for unusual behavior, improper conduct or signs of conflict. Monitor visits between inmates and personal visitors. Supervise periods of recreational activity. Search inmates, by pat or strip method, to detect and confiscate contraband or unapproved items. Search cells or living quarters, recreational areas, visiting areas and other areas in buildings or on the grounds for contraband or unapproved items. Search the perimeter of an area by making checks on foot, by car, or from a watchtower to ensure there are no security breaches or contraband. Conduct security checks of locks, doors, bars & windows, etc. Prepare inmates for transport through search and application of appropriate restraining devices, depending on security level, and ensures all related materials to be transported with inmate are ready and in order. Transport inmates outside the facility to and from hospital medical appointments, work sites, other facilities, etc. Communicate with other staff and main control to inform about inmate behaviors, incidents and inmate movements and detail work stations. Perform head counts to visually ensure the presence of all inmates for accountability. Coordinate unit head counts to confirm total population. Check IDs to ensure only authorized persons enter or leave facility. Respond to emergency situations according to facility procedures, such as medical, fire, security, etc.

 Responsible for shipment of non-rolling stock equipment of (weapons, missiles, mrap parts, and various military equipment.  Process Logistics Movement Request (LMR), TCMD’s, RFID Tags, ULN moves, as well as the operation of automated systems, TC AIMSII, TIPS WRITE3, and Microsoft Office Programs. Process MRO into TC AIMS to produce MSL label and TCMDS for rolling and non-rolling stock military equipment. Coordinate all cargo movement with military using MCT, Special Handling, ATOC, and AMC carriers. Schedule weigh-ins and JI for military equipment going Gray Tail, Opportune, and ITARS. Work and coordinate with DA Civilians, US military, answer to Brigade, and Honeywell. Create movement for Honeywell, CECOM, and TACOM to move rolling-stock lateral transfer and non-rolling stock through-out Afghanistan, Kuwait and US. Submit daily air and ground inbound and outbound reports. Track the cargo from initial processing to point of departure. Delegates duties and monitors personal, equipment usage, job tasks and missions for the entire RPAT yard.  Issue discipline whenever required; and provides guidance and assistance to assigned personnel on current principles, practices, and procedures to be employed, quantity and quality of work expected, and tools and materials to be used. Plan work schedules, sequence operations, and distribution of work, designate workers and assign work, explain work requirements, methods and procedures, assist with resolving problems. Assists with managing and scheduling the R & R based on the 10% rule; and recommend approval leave through management. Monitors and supervises PMCS and equipment maintenance for RPAT yard. Prepare transportation documentation for surface and air movement and coordinate with supporting agencies (HN, MCT/MCB, SDDC, and A/DACG) for bookings; prepare radio frequency tags for all shipment. 

 Participate in the development of, material management (material control, procurement, logistics, inspection, or field material management) activities on the project. Work with military on movement of cargo, air cargo to be shipped to various destinations in Kabul AO, and throughout Afghanistan. Organize cargo movements, and procedures, graphs, spreadsheets, and handle document control of all cargo for Phoenix Kabul AO. Work with military to set up appointments and staging area for military equipment. Control all activities that needed help in providing logistical support. Handle container inventory and report it on the Ibis network. Process all movement through military HNT movement forms, remission, RFIA, RFIN, order truck and Air request rotary movements. Monitor progress toward meeting the logistics plan, avoid delays, and accept responsibility for all tasked missions. Handle commercial freight and documentation, of all cargo transported in. Stock, tag, verify, and file cargo information.

Assembles, handles, stores, product through warehouse area.Receives daily production assignments and shipping orders for final products.Adjusts storage space assignments to handle daily flow of finished product.Maintains product location files on PDF Tracker and computer.Checks availability of items to be shipped by checking inventory records or conducting a spot inventory of required items.Identifies and reports slow moving product and identifies and, upon approval, arranges for removal of obsolete product.Safely handle, repack, or re-stack pallets of finished product. Operate forklift truck and EPJ follow warehouse procedures when stocking materials and pallets.
