I was the 2nd shift warehouse and shipping-receiving supervisor, responsible for 18 forklift drivers, 3 auto palletizer employees and 4 warehouses. Checked and expedited intercompany shuttles of raw materials, assigned drivers to live load trucks and did all the appropriate paperwork, kept track of employees work hours, handled any disciplinary problems( write ups, terminations, etc.) and scheduling to keep the production lines stocked with all the needed raw materials. Used SAP and Kronos.
