Serve as gatekeepers and monitors during tests to ensure that no one is manipulating or cheating and that students can access the resources they require for success. Provide guidelines on how to take the test, as well as, the standards and regulations. Examine student identification documents while maintaining student privacy and, providing a summary of the rules and regulations on test day.

In order to support their independence, I provided case management services to persons with disabilities and senior citizens of CHA housing.In addition, I planned outings and social events and managed the building's dining area.
