Current• Deliver complex HR / personnel information to management and staff. • Involved in conflict management, problem solving, multitasking, critical thinking / dealing with ambiguity and negotiating. • Communicate and advise management and employees on federal, state, and local laws relating to personnel principles, practices, employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee development and administration of benefits. • Effectively build working relationships while coaching employees.
