Serves as the Senior Management Analyst/Deputy for the Maneuver Division, U.S. Army Force Management Support Agency (USAFMSA). Shares fully with the Division Chief in the supervision and management of all aspects of division operations.Responsible for the development, maintenance, and publication of tables of organization (TOEs), basis of issue plans (BOIPs), modification TOEs (MTOEs) and augmentation tables of distribution and allowances (AUGTDA) documents. Responsible for office management and official correspondence. Manages manpower, personnel, finance, and budget related actions. Serves as division liaison to garrison activities and the Office of the Deputy Commander, USA FMSA. Represents the Division Chief in matters involving the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE), Local 738. Coordinates requirements, policies,and priorities with four subordinate branches, and the 32 civilian personnel assigned to the division. Assigns goals, objectives, and tasks; delegates authority for action to the branches.
