- Supported the Boeing 787 Nacelle Sustaining Team. - Performed structural analysis of in-fleet 787 nacelle components (inlet, fan cowl, thrust reverser, exhaust) subjected to early fatigue failures. Efforts supported team objectives of determining root cause and appropriate corrective action enabling long-term safety of fleet and airline customer satisfaction.

- Selected to participate in the Boeing Compact Thrust Reverser (TR) Re-build EDGE Factory Rotation Program and became a certified aircraft structures mechanic.- Quickly adapted and learned the compact TR assembly and installation techniques and requirements to perform the safe build/assembly of the Compact TR. Efforts ensured delivery commitments were met. TR implemented and flown on the Boeing 2018 Eco-demonstrator airplane.- Hands-on experience with drilling holes, fastener installation, torquing, riveting, sealant application, composite repair, and aluminum repair work.

- Worked on the Boeing Compact Thrust Reverser (TR) Prototype project, where a small team of engineers was tasked with taking apart an old 777 TR and re-designing it to incorporate a novel TR mechanical translation design concept.- Completed structural analysis of compact thrust reverser components in a fast-paced design turn around environment. Finalized analysis ahead of schedule enabling the assistance of fellow team members. Efforts contributed to team completing analysis work within a highly accelerated schedule.

- Worked in the 787-10 Development, Center Wing-box Analysis and Design Team.- Gathered and assessed structural requirements/criteria, and loading sources to perform static, fatigue, and damage tolerance analysis of primary structure using basic analytical methods as well as complex mathematical models and simulations. Results contributed to airframe cross-model commonality goals.
