occupants Duties include: Creating and ensures all security standards are properly followed in a five star five diamond hotel. A part of the hotel opening management staff Facilitate all hotel safety training (i.e. First Aid & CPR, slips, trips and falls, proper lifting techniques, TIPS, etc). Oversee all residential fire and life safety needs Manage a fleet of 5 luxury vehicles servicing Guest/Residents daily Develop department policies and procedures. Hiring and screening of all staff Maintain the department budget; oversee the payroll as well as make the schedule for security team of 10 people. Reviews all reports completed by security officers to ensure accuracy and timely submission. Follow up on all insurance claims Responds and oversee all hotel fire and life safety emergencies
