I am responsible for installing new services and trouble shooting current service; digital voice, high speed data and digital video over co axial cable. I am certified to climb telephone poles with ladders or pole steps. I use various power tools and equipment to complete my task. The job does require entering and working in confined spaces such as: crawl spaces, attics or basements. The most important part of the job is the customer interaction. All the work I do is to aide the customer in having an awesome experience with the technician as well as the products and services. Active listening, technical problem solving and time management are keys to succeed in this role.

I trained and supervised staff ensuring daily operation went correctly and assigned specific duties. Next, I estimated customers demand and determined types and amounts of goods to be sold. I assisted the senior management team with planning, ordering, and processing products according to plan and standards to maximize profit. I also established and implemented policies, goals, objectives and department procedures; and lastly I examined merchandise to ensure that is was correctly priced and displayed.
