Responsible for analyzing production yield performance, root cause tracking and provide solution to achieve yield target (In cooperation with Intel Corp)-Collaborated within a team to enhance yield performance, resulting in the successful achievement of an 85% yield target in the first quarter.-Implemented efficient defect patterns for analysis, resulting in a 50% reduction in the time required to define defects.-Worked closely with production engineers to identify root causes, leading to a notable decrease in the defect rate following the implementation of effective solutions.
