Placed in Bank Central Asia (BCA) I created an IT document like program specification(PS), requirement traceability matrix(RMTM), and Technical Specification (TS). the document has a different content. For PS is used to explain all about program specification like the description of the program, application structure, program flow, etc. for making this document I must understand how to operate TSO as a mainframe that uses for made that program, and I must understand how to make a UML diagram for one of the document's content. Meanwhile, RMTM is like an FSD but it's more simple. when there is a new requirement from a Business Analyst I responsible to fill the requirement from the IT division like what the IT team has done for that new requirement, which program has impacted the changes because of the new requirement, for next give to the tester for testing. for TS is a document about specification a feature from a program.All of that document I created when there is a new feature or changes in a feature.
