As a Customer Relationship Officer at BCA, Indonesia's leading bank, I manage Tier 2 clients accounts closely with my team, providing them with tailored banking solutions and market updates. I enjoy working in this fast-paced and competitive environment, where I can apply my skills in customer relationship management (CRM), new business development, and data analysis.I also have a background in marketing, having worked as a Marketing Manager at Nozz3D, a startup company that provides 3D printing services. There, I was responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating promotional materials, and conducting market research. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universitas Ciputra Surabaya, where I learned the fundamentals of business administration and management. I am always eager to learn something new or challenging for my personal and professional growth. Recently, I participated in the BCA innovation award 2021, where our team made it to the national stage by presenting an innovation on simplifying data updates.
