My career in property management began as leasing agent at a new construction lease up in the beautiful city of San Juan Capistrano, California. Capistrano Pointe was developed by the William Lyon Company and managed by Western National Properties. My career continued with the best management companies in southern California, my last being Archstone-Smith in Carlsbad California. I multi-managed two communities totaling 450 units with 16 employees. In December 2000 my family and I relocated to Austin Texas. I was able to transfer with Archstone- Smith and manage Archstone Northwest Hills. I was lucky enough to be guided by one of the best in the industry, Candiss Escobar.
