Public-Private Mix Technical Officer For Tuberculosis
CurrentI have responsibilities to:• Conduct advocacy and coordination with local governments, professional organizations, health facilities associations, Indonesia national health insurance (BPJS), large chains of hospitals/pharmacies/laboratories, etc. for tuberculosis (TB) policy and funding support;• Analyze gaps and prepare action plans related to Public-Private Mix (PPM) program;• Perform capacity building, monitoring, mentoring, coordination, and supervision of PPM implementation at the health facilities level and strengthen health sectors’ roles in TB service network;• Organize technical support for meetings to facilitate health facilities engagement in district PPM, discuss TB issues trend, and socialize tackling TB interventions;• Conduct visits to health facilities to carry out the functions of involvement, follow-up and maintenance in term of tuberculosis recording and reporting; medication adherence; treatment success; TB internal and external networks;• Design TB molecular rapid test referral network and encourage health facilities to enhance TB cases detection especially to patient close contacts and vulnerable society (HIV-AIDS patients, prisoners, boarding school, etc.)• Conduct regular data analysis to unify achievements, identify challenges and formulate strategies/intervention proposals, and provide feedback to health facilities;• Make a report of PPM indicators achievement to PPM technical officer, district health office, and the TB Sub-Directorate Ministry of Health.
