Setting up, suspending, and corresponding with different attorneys regarding unsatisfied judgments against taxpayers. Typing letters as needed for manager. Setting up Hearings for Safety Responsibility. Suspensions, reinstatements of driving privileges of tax payers, walk-in clients.

Providing information about State Laws and Regulations concerning the Safety Responsibility Act and its reporting requirements to taxpayers, insurance agents and legal representatives. Processing correspondence from taxpayers, insurance companies, attorneys and subrogation agents on assigned cases, initiate letters of reply and process all documents to be included into Application Extender for immediate access to information using the desktop pc, pertaining to general guidelines and information about specific cases that have been established. Process suspensions of driver's licenses and motor vehicle registration and corresponding fees for the cases where individuals failed to comply with the Safety Responsibility Act. Process reinstatements of the records after compliance. Provide service to customers in person and over the phone relating to specific cases in our office and provide them with remedies to offset suspensions. Maintain daily records on case logs pertaining to cases closed, suspensions initiated, reinstatements and telephone communications. Provide management with statistical reports of information on case files worked and the corresponding actions taken.
