During my internship at PT CPS, I had various responsibilities, including inputting invoices, creating delivery notes, assisting the mechanical team in determining maintenance spare parts, identifying workers' workloads, and educating about the importance of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). Throughout the internship, I was able to develop administrative and financial skills, understand the crucial role of maintenance and inventory management in the heavy equipment rental industry, and contribute to a safer working environment. Working under the supervision of senior staff at PT CPS provided me with the opportunity to expand my knowledge and gain relevant experience for my future career.

I had the opportunity to develop skills in business environmental analysis, strategic decision-making, strategic planning and implementation, as well as the ability to evaluate performance. Furthermore, I gained an understanding of industry competition and the capability to adapt to changes in the business environment. This has been a valuable experience that equips students to become leaders prepared to tackle challenges in an ever-evolving business world.
