At Amartha, I set up the Product Design and Early Research team, established the company’s first design system, and revamped all digital assets, including the Lender App, Borrower App, Agent App, and website. These efforts were key to enabling Amartha’s digital transformation, serving diverse users like lenders, borrowers, field agents, and internal stakeholders.Managing an exclusive design team of 4 member, I led the revamp of key apps, designed dashboards for internal teams, and supported core banking systems for reconciliation. By addressing varied user archetypes with tailored solutions, we ensured our designs balanced user needs and business goals.Through extensive collaboration across teams and a focus on Kaizen (continuous improvement), we delivered impactful projects, some already launched and others in development. Guided by the principle that “Everyone can launch, but not everyone can create significant impact,” our work supports Amartha’s mission to drive a more inclusive economy in Indonesia.
