The Client Manager is responsible for delivering a broad spectrum of tasks, including:- Leads client meetings- Participates in client stewardship meetings- Main point of contact for clients & 3rd parties/vendors- Subject matter expert on administration operations and solutions- Understands the contractual agreements and performance measures- Manages projects, including change orders as well as complex projects from beginning to end- Owns escalations- Assists in the requirements definition process on project work- Writes queries and creates reports- Ensures successful attainment of Service Level Agreements- Creates and modifies Standard Operating Procedures- Implements continuous improvement projects- Uses metrics and data to understand and manage day to day operational deliverables- Leads training courses within the CDG as well as with Customer Care Teams- Provide coaching and development to Benefit Operations Managers & Delivery Specialists- Living the Alight Core Values: People Matter, Excellence Every Day, Think Forward, Act Now and Be Real- Working with the client to determine what is required for a project/develop requirements/project plan/etc. Show less
