● Worked on a proprietary pay-per-call software coded in Laravel framework that handles API calls from an Asterisk PBX server and carries out several call-related tasks on the back-end and displays admin dashboard in the browser to display and work with meaningful data to the stakeholders of the project.● Created a development environment identical to production to test issues, add new features and debugging Laravel code on the web-side, Asterisk for the VOIP side, and MySQL for the database side using AWS Linux servers for all 3 scenarios.● Worked with another project’s team to create an integration between both the projects by creating API endpoints to share, transfer and receive data and manipulate it to store it in database and show relevant statistics on a dashboard.● Pushed new features into production after developing and testing those thoroughly in the development environment.● Directly reported to the CTO on timely completion of tasks assigned weekly and properly documenting everything regarding the project including but not limited to issues, new features, process improvements in a single technical document.● Developed data dictionary and ER diagrams for the project to facilitate better understanding of approximately 100+ tables in a MySQL database.● Refactored Laravel code to decrease query response time by shortening the Eloquent ORM queries to remove unnecessary columns and added exception handling to the project to keep track of exceptions thrown in real-time.● Maintained a VOIP server built in Asterisk PBX, updated a few files to reflect changes according to new features added to the project.● Pushed code for new features as commits and maintained Git repositories for the codebase.● Efficiently troubleshooted issues in the system and logged all my findings and results.

8th Semester Industrial Internship/Training in .NET for 6 months at CMC Limited,Sec 34,Chandigarh.During this internship, I learnt further about the .NET framework having already completed a 2 month training in ASP.NET,HTML,CSS in my 5th semester.During the six months, I learnt the concepts of ASP.NET,ASP.NET MVC and ADO.NET and used these concepts and developing skills in a project named "Online Regional Transportation Office" which was essentially a website concentrating on making the registration of vehicles,transport permits and driving licenses electronic with an additional facility of taking a driving knowledge exam in the same website.This project had the potential of being put to use for a real time application. I lead the team on this project and successfully used the concepts and skills learnt during the internship period.
