Reporting directly to the directors of the business. My role entailed developing high profile accounts and bringing added value to our clients and our business.Managing and supporting the client services team as well as working alongside and providing support to the external sales team while developing new business.

Working for 9 years as the Commercial Manager and for Impression UK (formerly known as Kingsway Press, Mills & Allen). Based within the printing site in Gateshead with the UK head office in West Drayton and the group HQ in Brussels. Specialists in out of home media, I was the national account manager for Asda, managing their multi-million pound outdoor print budget.Responsible for all commercial aspects of the business, including account managers, reception, IT, support staff etc. I provided yearly management accounts/budgets to head office, identified business needs and submitted business plans to match those needs when required. Presenting yearly to the European Board of Directors in Brussels to give an overview of where we were in the previous year and the outline for the coming year supported by my management accounts and business plans.During my time I was also a key team member of the group I.T. team, tasked with the implementation of a pan European bilingual M.I.S. system, which meant many travelling to and from the various printing sites working at many local levels throughout Europe (Paris, Brussels, Prague, London, Estoril etc.)

Duties included, account development, estimating, production control, internal sales & customer services.

External sales representative / account manager (Point Of Sale Division)

Founder of a screen printing business formed with 2 other former employees of Norscreen (NSL). Sold to the other shareholders after a successful start up.

Senior account manager responsible for the customer services department.

Initially joined on a YTS scheme as a trainee Estimator under the guidance of Mark Simpson. Promoted from Estimator to Senior Estimator, and then to Customer Services Manager.
