My role entailed developing high profile accounts and bringing added value to our clients and our business.Managing and supporting the client services team as well as working alongside and providing support to the external sales team while developing new business.

Working for 9 years as the Commercial Manager and for Impression UK (formerly known as Kingsway Press, Mills & Allen). Based within the printing site in Gateshead with the UK head office in West Drayton and the group HQ in Brussels. Specialists in out of home media, I was the national account manager for Asda, managing their multi-million pound outdoor.

Duties included, account development, estimating, production control, internal sales & customer services.

External sales representative / account manager (Point Of Sale Division)

Founder of a screen printing business formed with 2 other former employees of Norscreen (NSL). Sold to the other shareholders after a successful start up.

Senior account manager responsible for the customer services department.

Initially joined on a YTS scheme as a trainee Estimator under the guidance of Mark Simpson. Promoted from Estimator to Senior Estimator, and then to Customer Services Manager.
