I started my career with Tesco 5 years ago. My first 3 years working on the backdoor and in the warehouse, before deciding to make the push and stretch myself to do more. Since then I have grown as a person and learned many new practical and leadership skills. I am now on my placement as Grocery Team Manager at Colchester Extra. I’m also looking to expand my network within Tesco and learn more about the business and how we operate.
