About Dean Allen

Dean S. Allen, Jr. embodies a remarkable journey of dedication and success in servant leadership and organizational development. Beginning his career in 1987 at the age of 21, Dean left his hometown of Anaheim, California, to join his father, Dean Allen, Sr., in promoting Dale Carnegie Training courses across the East Texas region. This early experience ignited his passion for helping individuals and organizations unlock their full potential.In 1995, Dean transitioned to working with Lin Jackson at a Leadership Management International franchise, where his exceptional performance earned him several sales awards, including the prestigious Fast Start Award for outstanding sales achievements within the first 90 days. His success continued to flourish as he co-founded AMA Employee Testing with John Moon in 1996. Within a year, Dean became the sole owner and President/CEO of the company, later expanding it to include leadership training under the new name, AMA Employee Testing and Training.Dean's entrepreneurial spirit and strategic vision led him to a successful collaboration with Roger Sage in 2003 to bring ChemStation’s franchise to Longview, Texas. His leadership played a crucial role in the growth of ChemStation, and his subsequent role as National Sales Manager at Sterifx saw him excel in the antimicrobial chemistry sector, focusing on enhancing food safety in the protein industry.The economic downturn of 2008 prompted Dean to relocate to his wife’s hometown of Haughton, Louisiana, where he transitioned into consulting and later joined BioSafe Systems in 2017. At BioSafe, he led the Food Processing and Live Production Division, steering national sales and service teams. In 2019, Dean took on the role of Vice President of Business Development at AFCO Food and Beverage, specializing in antimicrobial intervention and sanitation for the food industry.Most recently, Dean served as a Key Account Manager at QC Supply, overseeing sales and operations across several states. In November 2022, with his youngest child in college, Dean returned to his roots and invested in an LMI franchise, rekindling his commitment to leadership and development.Today, as President and CEO of Vidal Leadership Development, a franchise of Leadership Management International, Inc., Dean brings over 30 years of sales expertise, executive leadership, and a profound dedication to personal and organizational growth. His career reflects a deep commitment to empowering others and fostering excellence, making him a distinguished leader in the field of leadership development.
