About Dean Appleton-Claydon
I have been Managing Director of WCD since 2011, when I established the business. After graduating from Brunel University with a First Class Honours degree in Multimedia Technology and Design, I decided I wanted to work for myself and grow a web design and development company from scratch. I had spent a year working for Mediatonic Ltd on accounts including The Walt Disney Company, Sega and Adult Swim, and I wanted to put my experience into practice.We Create Digital has provided high quality digital services and products to over 350 clients (totalling around 2,600+ projects) including GSK, Bayer, Mind, KidZania, The Walt Disney Company, Celgene and Essex Police. We have experience across a broad range of business sectors but we take a consistent solutions-led approach. We always begin conversations with clients by asking what problem they are trying to solve and how they intend to use the website.I now lead a team of 11 and focus our time on Laravel, Magento and WordPress specific projects. We have built numerous bespoke web applications to meet the specific needs of certain clients. Within our team we also have design, UX, copywriting and communications experience, so can help to deliver the content you need to get your message across.
