Responsibility on supply chain management related to production management among the Yangon head office , Mandalay alcohol factory and Zayawady distillery. Managing on unit cost , recipes , process and production planning to fulfill sale demand upon both annual forecast and monthly sale.

Set up Production procedure to provide Standard Direct Cost (SDC) from the two different distilleries , located on Shwe Bo Tsp and Twante tsp. Projected to build up Group Company upon the Five different locations and offices among Yangon, Mandalay, Shwe Bo, Sagaing and Twante. Managing sale contract for Ratified Spirit to the customer such as IBTC and PMG, delivered from Shwe Bo and Twante distilleries.

I am Board of Director of company and share holder in the organization from 2012. Operating Mini Mart in Yangon city. In Phase I , we started launching marts w.e.f 1/3/2012 with name mart " UNION MART ". As FD position I managed Financial management such as SOP for the day to day operation among purchasing, warehousing , inventory control, account payable and receivable. For reporting to BOD managed individual mart consolidation P/L as well as company'sP&L , balance sheet , cash flow statement included stock share. Aim to stock market development in Myanmar and expansion supply chain management among head office and individual marts around the country in the future phase.In 2015 we will implement share trading in Myanmar.

Joined in international brand beer " Carlsberg Myanmar Company worked under sale organization.The Sale organization has four different roles as Field sale , Sale administration and Training , Technical draught operation and Distribution contract management. In the start up phase I have supported and contributed to the logistics and supply chain matter that related to sale / distribution.

Specialization on Manufacturing & Technical department included Research & Development department ( Quality control, costing , account and traceability of production, managing supply stability )Plan to introduce new product as premium brand ( local ) and approaching to ISO 9001 - 2008.Improve bottling line due to aim for contract manufacturing with imported brand to export and domestic sale. Focus on training on production personnel.

Above company produce " Mandalay Beer " in Mandalay, Myanmar joint partner with Semi government company and the Brand / Product started in the local market since 1886.The Mandalay beer packed with two different type ( keg and bottle - 700 ml ). Then Mandalay beer has two products as Lager beer ( 5 % alc ) Strong beer ( 6.5 % alc ).In 1990-97 the Mandalay beer was the top brands and 95% market share in Myanmar due no competitor brewery in the country.Now time to improve Quality & Market Share near future and several projection in the brewery and plan for commercial growth as well. My position has improvement program in both Technical and Commercial to the company.Worked as part time consultant and parallel with Executive Director in Victory Myanmar Group Co. Ltd. The factories of Mandalay Rum and Mandalay Beer are in one location and only parted by walling fence.

Supply chain management was implemented expecially for expansion on manufacturing alcohol, blending process , increasing the tanks , maturation tanks and batch by batch within standardized check list in semi finished good ( WIP ). Increased tanks , piping , supply expansion for all packaging things aim to flooded distribution over the country.Plan project for new product from Research & develop to launch aim to export and penetrate Europe market.Plan to set up distribution net work in domestic as Nation wide food & beverage products.

There were different positions against phase by phase requirement within 16 years in Myanmar Brewery Ltd- MBL ( Investor Fraser and Neave Group / Asia Pacific Brewery Ltd, Singapore 55% share equity) . As a Purchasing Director, Senior Logistics Manager , Supplier Chain Manager and managed purchasing,warehousing , Distribution, Expansion projects ( Brewery - brewing, fermentation,Filtration and Bright Beer tanks, kegging line , bottling line and pasteurizers,production stores , malt storage and satellite warehouse enlargement ) as well as government liaison for taxation and increment permit for investment capacity from Myanmar Investment Commission.Also a member of group purchasing and attend Asia Pacific Group Purchasing Conference together with Heineken Technical Services personnel who mostly Purchasing Directors from HTS and shared the information esp for price trend in Europe and listed suppliers list with individual evaluation records.Beside group purchasing, MBL also independent purchased system both local and importing ( both border trade via Thai and sea freight ) were reliable and effective to purchasing strategy. In the area of supply chain and distribution, I physically managed delivery and empty returned ( keg , crate and pallet from the outlets and come back on time for next delivery that minimized cost of purchased container. Also turn round time for empty bottle and keg management was prior to the phase III of MBL.Managed distribution cost program in every year and applied tender system through nation wide.

Joined Hotel at the beginning stage and got the carrier that covered for the pre-opening , soft opening and grand opening stages within one year. In 1994 , Myanmar was booming business especially in capital. Worked as job level II position in the management.

As Logistics Executive roll in Myanmar Oil & Gas Enterprise ( MOGE ) , Ministry of Energy I had worked from 1973 to 1990 in the area of drilling exploration over the country and then changed carrier to logistics dept. In 1990, MOGE had (41) different capacity of drilling rigs and projected new production wells started from Mann Oil field to Offshore Oil exploration project.Due Unocal - Myanmar oil company hired me as Supply Base Manager at block-F from 1991 to1994. I got a lot of experience in US Oil exploration company especially logistics for import drilling equipments and managed drawback cargo included tub boat and helicopters management during the seismic survey and drilling operation from Yangon port to base camp and destination to drilling rig / exploration well.After Unocal- drilling job finished, I moved to Offshore exploration in TOTAL France for a year.
