I was part of a small Test Team working on a large retail SAP implementation, designing and executing test scripts for modules such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, P2P (Procure to Pay) and Forecast & Replenishment (F&R).It was also my responsibility to manage the administration of HP ALM ( through both Project Customisation and Site Admin). This involved regular project maintenance, updates of user permissions and where applicable, changes to Workflow VBScripts using the Script Editor.

My main responsibility as a Test Analyst was to design, maintain and execute test scripts for new and updated SAP functionality. This involved working closely with an external partner company, Test Leads, Business Analysts and Developers both on and off site.As the Teams Mentor, I was also heavily involved in the recruitment and transition of new starters joining the Test Team. To help with this I created and rolled out numerous training packs covering multiple modules such as Billing, Correspondence and IDEX and introduced a Teams Skills Matrix to track and monitor development.I was also regularly tasked with preparing and issuing daily reports to all Stakeholders during the various phases of test and held regular update calls with our offshore partners, highlighting progression made and ensuring key people were aware of any outstanding Defects and what actions were needed to meet our overall exit criteria.

As the dedicated Test resource for the Digital team, I was responsible for the Integration testing of all new digital functionality across both the website and mobile application (iOS and Android).Working within an Agile SCRUM environment, my main duties included Stakeholder management, Test Plan creation, reporting, Defect management and the maintenance/execution of manual test scripts.To increase the efficiency of Defect tracking and test management, I also introduced HP Quality Center 9.2 into the department to replace the older BugTracker system. This included project creation and over customisation to suit and fulfill the requirements gathered beforehand.
