Originally from Michigan, I played high school, college and semi-professional football. A graduate of the University of Central Michigan with a degree in Exercise Science, I have been a personal trainer for nine years. I have also worked for several years as a motion picture stuntman. I can be seen in Friday Night Lights, Gridiron Gang, The Comebacks and various television commercials.I have trained a wide range of clients, from elite athletes, actors and celebrities, to individuals who have never set foot in a gym.
