With a combination of skills, knowledge and experience, which is constantly demonstrated throughout my professional career. My career to date has involved business development, and account management, and working as part of a successful team. I am consistently committed to building and maintaining strong relationships and partnerships throughout varying industries through clear and transparent communication both written and verbal supported with excellent active listening and organisational skills. In six years at Cleanaway I have grown and maintained numerous client. From managing the City region where I took on an area with under 87% of the customers contracted and taking it to over 93%, then moving to the Ipswich/ Toowoomba region where I have maintained a 94% average and achieving my target 10 out of 12 months becoming number 1 in the country in my position and hitting around 400% of my yearly budget.From these successes I have moved on to become a Key Account Manager within the Liquid and Industrial Solutions business unit within Cleanaway and enjoy the role thoroughly.With a previous history of being a manager in my real estate career I look forward to a future in returning to a similar people managing role in the near future now I have gained more experience within my chosen careers to become even stronger and better at the role.
