I have been in Real Estate since 2002. In 2006 I received my brokers license in Utah and became an Associate Broker in 2006 with Exit Realty Infinity. In April of 2007 I became the Principal Broker for Exit Realty Legacy until January 2009. During that time I revamped the entire office, recruited and grew the number of agents and listings in the Office by 400%In 2006 I won Top Recruiting Agent for Exit Realty Infinity Utah for One of the Top recruiters at Exit in Utah. In 2010, I was awarded Top Recruiting agent for Keller Williams Midvale for 2009. An award which caught me off guard. It goes to show that I work hard and oftentimes rewards for hard work are acknowledged. I have served on various board committies in the last 4 years. Former Member for the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Grievance Committee (2005-2007). Arbitration and Ethics Committee Member from 2007 to Present.Specialties: REOs, Short Sales, More than 1500 BPOs. My focus here was the disposition of REO assets. I managed the sales process from having the foreclosed property assigned to me, repairs, mange contractor work, assist in the eviction process of previous owners and tenants. I tried to make it a smooth transition for the previous occupants, the full full sales cycle of listing, marketing, negotiating, and closing of the property.
