I deliver inset sessions, conference keynotes, community talks and webinars based on my experiences of being autistic. I have worked with schools across the UK, and spoken at conferences and seminars across Europe, Australia and New Zealand. I have also delivered virtual events to audiences across America and Asia. As a university guest lecturer, I have worked with numerous universities. Between 2009 and 2019, I was a regular speaker at the Birmingham University distance learning study weekends as well as being an annual guest lecturer for the BEd students at Plymouth University. I am passionate about challenging stereotypes and increasing understanding. I deliver a range of sessions on autistic communication styles, anxiety and autistic joy and wellbeing. I have also delivered sessions for workplace diversity forums and as part of workplace diversity weeks and am passionate about making the world of employment more accessible.

Alongside my speaking and training work, I sing at charity balls, neurodiversity festivals and conferences. I have also toured my 'Songs and Stories' show- which combines my life experiences with the music that soundtracked them. I perform this with a pianist, and most recently performed the show at the CornerHouse Arts Centre, Surbiton.I am also a songwriter.

I wrote features and interviews for my local council-funded newspaper for four years. I progressed to becoming a columnist, and had both bargain-hunting and fitness columns in 2009 and 2010. I also wrote guest pieces for thelondonpaper, The Guardian and other publications. I then went on to edit a charity international newsletter for eighteen months, which was sent to subscribers in 90 countries.
