I currently work on the Agency IT agile team as a Senior Software Engineer. I work with Architects, Business Analysts and Product Owners across the organization, to deliver high quality software to our external customers and internal business users.

I did work on the mainframe team at Colonial Life within the Unum Global Services organization. I supported Colonial Life's Agency Admin system. In the past, I have worked on the Policy Admin and Billing systems. I have had to work with several departments in creating our Group products, the new Cancer Assist product, the LTC coverage under Whole Life policies. I have been the IT lead on our new Individual Disability product. I also have provided a consulting role to other team members working on the new Dental product. I serve mainly as a team lead and department lead on different efforts. I enjoy helping out with recruiting new IT talent as well through local universities.
