I have been a part of the Central England Co-operative society for the last 8 years, working my way from a CSA to a successfully appointed store manager. I have been based at as well as supported a range of different stores in many areas, from convenience to supermarket. My vast range of experience and knowledge varies from closing and opening stores to successfully competing the Leading the Way programme. I have a passion for leadership and empowering colleagues to create a great team that delivers great results.
