New Business Sales

- Handling inbound sales calls and questions about sizing of systems- Handling queries generated on the website through the chat bot.- Sending and amending quotes- Sending and amending invoices and occasionally capturing payments.

Assisting clients with various queries related to claims and benefits.The majority of the time I was in the Walk-In Centre which was face-to-face consultations with clients.- Finding resolutions for complex cases- Dealing with irate clients by explaining benefits and assisting with applications for additional benefits to be reviewed.I was also part of an Operational Loss review team.- This involved listening to cases brought forth by clients who were potentially given incorrect information.- Weekly presentations were made with all regional Team Leaders, Service Managers, and Benefit Departments- I was in charge of collating all the information to be sent out in the "pack" to be reviewed, hosting the weekly meeting, as well as presenting cases that had been submitted for review.
