The Assistant Site Manager, Service Hub Operations & Aircraft Maintenance will have direct responsibility for delivering mission ready aircraft at their Service Hub, including oversight of maintenance planning, execution and return to service at Service Hub locations. This will be accomplished through the various Internal Team Members and External Vendors who comprise the Service Hub onsite team. The Assistant Site Manager will develop close partnerships with NetJets Return to Service Specialists, Service Hub Supply Chain Coordinators, Service Representatives and the Service Hub Site Manager.

Lead Aircraft Mechanic C-26, September 2020 to present under Part 91.Responsible for aircraft maintenance to support C-26 aircraft mission requirements. Schedule and provide oversight for all maintenance performed, providing over-the-shoulder and after completion inspections of Technician’s work. Deployed with aircraft when necessary to support mission requirements and perform required maintenance. *Perform and assist with Phase Inspections, Engine runs and Propeller Balancing. *Liaise with Government Field Representative/Unit Commander with timely updates on aircraft maintenance status to prevent conflict with flying schedules. When required, developed creative maintenance solutions for issues that would otherwise compromise the mission. * Liaise with Suppliers, Vendors, Subcontractors developing superb working relationships. * Use digital aircraft maintenance tracking systems for all maintenance actions and used the system for maintenance planning to allow mission requirement with no conflicting maintenance items. Familiar with DA PAM 738-751 as they regard to aircraft maintenance policies and procedures. *Maintain parts inventory, ordering all parts and supplies when needed using Oracle as a platform. Performed all Oracle transactions to Receive and Ship parts, tools, and equipment. *Maintain the work area and materials for compliance; Hazardous Materials, and Ground Support Equipment. *Track and maintain calibrated tooling ensuring currency is maintained. *Perform weekly audits; Safety, FOD, Tool Inventory following Company Tool Control guidelines. * Secret Clearance in process.

The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Director of Flight Operations and receives work assignments from the Director in the form of Work Orders or assignments. The Maintenance Supervisor is required to maintain the aircraft logbooks and maintenance records on all Aurora aircraft. When aircraft maintenance work is determined, the work will be assigned to the Maintenance Supervisor to perform accordance with FAA rules and regulations. This position involves direct work on aircraft and IA oversight of other FAA licensed mechanics who are assigned to work on the Aurora aircraft.
