IT Strategy & Planning/COO - Technology Strategic & Regulatory Change (TSRC) • Chaired the IB Process & Governance Forum.• Partnered with IB IT Senior Management team to identify and track key milestones for the build out of the IB Target Operating Model.• Provided Portfolio, Financial, and Resource Management support for TSRC. • Provided Project Management support for key IB IT CIO initiatives.IT Programme/Project Manager- Technology Programme Services (TPS)• Managed several Fed committed IT deliverables for the Trading Books controls remediation project. The Trading Books project was a major stream of work under the Unauthorised Trading Programme. • Conducted several systems assessment exercises which helped IT Sr. Management understand the current Book opening and entitlement management capabilities of over 100 Front Office systems. • Coordinated with IT, CTO Architecture, Global Information Security, and Product Control in order to formulate and agree on a strategy to address controls weaknesses related to Trading Books access management. • Managed several streams of work under the Data Masking CoE Implementation Project.

• Provided Portfolio, Financial, Resource, and Risk & Controls Management support for Global Derivatives and Margins Operations Technology (GDMOT) and the Testing Center of Excellence. These departments have 2013 operating budgets of $47M and $5M respectively.• Provided oversight of Program/Project management process and ensured Book of Work data quality.• Assisted Citi Markets Operations Technology (CMOT) with the annual technology budget exercise. CMOT has a 2013 operating budget of $175M.• Reviewed and monitored the key performance indicators for the organization (i.e. Monthly Operating Model Scorecards)• Assisted in the development and implementation of an efficient CMOT COO operating model.• Developed and implemented a process improvement strategy that transformed GDMOT from a reactive culture to a proactive culture. These changes resulted in a 75% reduction in the number of exceptions in the bi-weekly Risk & Controls status reports.

• Responsible for managing and delivering QA Testing services for a $65M project portfolio for Corporate Services Technology (CST). CST is comprised of 3 departments: CIO & Corporate Technology, General Counsel IT, and Human Resources IT. • Member of the CIO and Corporate IT Management Team. Main responsibilities include: providing monthly resource allocation reports to Department Head, compiling and presenting QA status for all current CIO and Corporate IT projects, and conducting periodic review of QA operating model to identify opportunities for service and process improvement.• Key contributor in the development and implementation of a new Production Support and Testing Group (PTG) operating model and organization structure.• QA Portfolio Management. As the QA central point of contact for CST, I am responsible for the management of an $8M department budget. The main responsibilities includes: Interaction with Business Partner Managers to determine QA budget and future test service demand. Demand communication, consolidation, capacity projection and provisioning/onboarding. Creation and governance of Test Service contracts. • Actively monitors monthly QA headcount and budget forecast for a growing global team of 55+ resources. • QA Manager for the CA Clarity/OnePPM implementation project in addition to current department management responsibilities. The Clarity implementation is designated an IT Strategic Initiative by the firm and will consist of a dedicated team of 10 QA resources.

Project Lead (1/2006 – 4/2008)• Managed several outbound data feed development activities for the new Global Billing and Pricing System (GBPS). GBPS was designated as a Platinum Project by the firm.• Coordinated closely with GBPS Stakeholders and print vendor, Pitney Bowes, to finalize the redesign of customer invoices.• Managed GBPS customer billing profile data migration activities for Western European branches. Conducted migration kick-off meetings with Europe Technology, Billing Operations, Europe Migration, and Vendor teams to ensure availability of critical resources.• Proactively analyzed and challenged current migration process. Proposed and implemented a new migration process that reduced a 14 day migration cycle down to 2 days. • Conducted meetings with GBPS project sponsors, end users, and senior managers to understand and document challenges in the current manual process and provided technical solutions for automation.• Designed and developed T-SQL scripts to perform data validation on migrated customer profile data from legacy NA billing system to GBPS.• Designed validation methodology and developed T-SQL/PL-SQL scripts to perform NA invoice reconciliation between legacy application and GBPS. • Managed deployment activities for Global Transaction Services (GTS) Portal project. GTS Portal was designated as a Platinum Project by the firm.• Analyzed and provided suggestions to improve the manual processing of US Passports thus helping to eliminate an over 3 weeks backlog of applications. The US Passport Lockbox project was designated as a Platinum Project by the firm. • Technical Lead and Developer for several internal ASP, ASP.net/C# web applications (New Citi Banking Management Information System (NCBMIS), CitiDirect Management Information System (CitiMIS), CitiDirect Billing Release 4, Global Cash Re-Pricing Application).• Received a performance rating of 1 (Top Performer) in 2007.
